Yvette Townsend, Working women of Vietnam (TRAVEL 2026)

During my journey through Vietnam, I was drawn to photographing the women I encountered in their everyday environments. Through these images, I wanted to capture their resilience, strength, and the deep connection they share with their communities and traditions. The older women of Vietnam have long carried the weight of family, survival, and national resilience on their shoulders. Each photograph captures older women in their daily lives, revealing their hard-working nature.
