Christine Sweeney, VAPORETTO (SINGLE SHOT 2025)

Waiting with the locals for the early morning vaporetto to San Giorgio Maggiore. As I sat on the bobbing pontoon, framing the image of the landmark lagoon, the stylish lady and her broadsheet, juxtaposed with the uber cool guy scrolling his smart phone, waiting patiently for a gondola to come into view, all the while hoping my subjects wouldn't change their poses or turn around to look at me. Perfetto.
