Kimberly Grounds, The Curious and Friendly Faces of Jaipur (PEOPLE 2025)

These four images were captured whilst visiting a neighbourhood in Jaipur, India. Word spread quickly that a group of visitors had arrived by bus, and as we walked the streets curious faces began to peek out of doorways. At first shy and cautious their expressions unfolded from uncertainty to smiles and radiant warmth. Each image captures a genuine, spontaneous moment of connection.
