Dylan Spencer, Spotlight on scrubwren (ANIMAL & NATURE 2025)

On a somehwat dreary day, I took the camera out for a walk in search of fairywrens. It was a bit cold and dark, so didn't see alot of fairywren's but this scrubwren made an appearance in a ray of sunshine that acted as a spotlight against the dark background. Spot metering helped me expose for the bird, and though he didn't sit still long, he did provide me with some cool poses while he was there.
