Andrea Fenita Andres, Sparks in Cusco (TRAVEL 2025)

On a recent trip to Cusco, my husband and I came across the San Miguel Arcangel celebrations one night. A crowd gathered round as locals lit up fireworks to commemorate the saint on his feast day. Many eyes full of wonder watched as vibrant, colourful lights brightened the night sky, and choruses of voices sang songs to fill the chilly air.
