Jessica Lindsay, Small Voices in the winter Scrub (ANIMAL & NATURE 2026)

Photographed at Lake Wallace, NSW, over a winters June long weekend, this series focuses on tiny, fast‑moving bush birds that rarely pause, flitting amongst the scrub. Their behaviour is quick and easily missed, so each frame represents a precise moment caught, revealing detail and character that usually vanish in a blink.
