Philip Hardy, Shyness (SINGLE SHOT 2025)

This image was captured in Harar, Ethiopia. As I was taking an evening stroll around the old city I spotted this lad whose t-shirt matched the turquoise colour scheme of the town. He was a bit reluctant and this reluctance gives a real feeling of his shyness. When I showed him the resulting photo he was actually very pleased...as was I!
