Sharon Fritz, Scars of Santiago (BLACK & WHITE 2026)
It was our first visit to Santiago. As we walked around town, there was a feeling of destruction and desolation. Only later did we learn that these were the lingering scars of a previous uprising; the shattered window, broken fences, the razor wire with bullet holes if you look closely, the political messages and a destroyed photo box. The city still carries its scars on its walls.
