Heather Markland , ‘Omako’ (SINGLE SHOT 2026)

This image shows the Lindis Pass, or ‘Omako’ in the Maori language. It is a spectacular 971-meter-high alpine saddle in New Zealand's South Island. Omako connects the Mackenzie Basin to Central Otago along State Highway 8. It’s famous for the rolling hills covered with tussock grasslands.
