Jennifer McDowall, Obi Obi Creek Maleny (ANIMAL & NATURE 2025)
The patterns and colours of the Obi Obi Creek which runs through Maleny (Qld), are almost more interesting than the subjects. Vibrant water reflections move like mercury as the local resident platypus, ducks and cormorant glide by. The surrounding forest, blue skies and fallen leaves and flowers (due to the dry at the moment) are all reflected in the surface creating a fascinating, never the same every second, surface.
