Jillian Reidy, Notre Dame Sculptures (TRAVEL 2025)

These photos were taken on Boxing Day, 2024, just days after the reopening of Notre Dame. Taken in the early morning, with the cathedral filled with the sounds of the early mass and while still dark outside, the lighting was dramatic, with the internal sculptures carefully lit to create strong contrast and build drama. I wanted to capture the drama and the privilege of being in that place at that time.
