Robert Wei Gang Ming, Meet Me When The Sun Goes Down (ANIMAL & NATURE 2026)

Captured in Kenya’s Maasai Mara, this four-image series follows a giraffe gracefully walking across the vast African savannah at sunset. As the giraffe moves, its silhouette shifts in relation to the descending sun, creating a sequence of fleeting moments where wildlife and natural light come together in perfect harmony. The golden sky, dramatic clouds and distant horizon provide a breathtaking backdrop to the giraffe’s elegant journey. Through these four photographs, I wanted to capture not only the beauty of the African wilderness, but also the quiet rhythm of life in nature, where every step creates a unique and unrepeatable moment.
