Jacob Dedman, Lianne & Julia (SINGLE SHOT 2025)

Down on the dirt track at the horse cutting event, I was photographing Lianne and her dog, Julia. She leaned down with her hand out, and Julia rested her paw in hers. The late-day light hit the track behind them just right, and it was such a special moment—I loved being able to capture that little connection between them.
