Teangi Chambers, Interwoven (ANIMAL & NATURE 2026)

This portfolio explores the quiet relationship between Australian native fauna and the plants that shape their habitat. Rather than isolating wildlife from its environment, each image intentionally frames animal and flora together — kangaroos interacting with acacia and kangaroo paw, a red-necked wallaby with westringia, and a ringtail possum atop banksia. The series reflects the interconnectedness of native species and the visual harmony of the Australian bush, highlighting flora not simply as backdrop, but as an essential part of each animal’s story and survival.
