Linda Shepherd, Guess Who's Coming to Lunch! (ANIMAL & NATURE 2025)

Sitting by the side of a dam, in a the little shade provided by the shrubs, in the Tibooburra initially watching Emu Wrens flutter in and to and bathing in a protected spot, we were joined by a couple of Rainbow Bee-eaters, catching and eating dragonflies. It was a very special experience to watch the birds fly in with their catch and eat "lunch" while we watched and photographed them.
