Darren Ouston, Glacier Calving (SINGLE SHOT 2025)

Onboard a small boat tour from the Ruby Princess cruise ship for a up and close experience of Dawes Glacier, Alaska. During the tour there were several smaller ice calving sightings but within the final minutes of the tour mother nature put on a show. Like watching a mountain slide away into the ocean, the calving not only looked spectacular, but the sounds of the ice cracking were heard throughout the entire bay.
