Ingrid Kuster, Fishing (ANIMAL & NATURE 2025)
We watched for about 10 minutes as the cormorant struggled to eat the fish. The fish put up commendable fight, freeing itself three times from the cormorant's beak and falling back into the water, only to be retrieved again by the cormorant. Eventually exhaustion set in with the fish running out of fight and was swallowed up. We all clapped and cheered the cormorant for finally securing its capture.
