Matthew Canino, Explosive sunrise (SINGLE SHOT 2025)

An outing that will never be forgotten. Long exposures are an excellent way to capture movement the human eye can't always see/process and a method the got me interested in photography years ago. Captured over 250 seconds (4 minutes, 10 seconds), a very still morning turned explosive with the slow incoming cloud being illuminated by the mornings first light. A single still image of this composition would have been amazing but using a long exposure turned an already amazing photo into something absolutely incredible!
