Jill Patterson, End of Life (BLACK & WHITE 2025)

The Protea flower is known to be one of the native flowers that can be kept once cut for weeks with proper care but eventually it starts to dry completely and the centre falls apart leaving a skeleton of a once strong and dominant feature. These images show the end of life process once the cut flower starts to dry from the inside out.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
