Paul Evans, Dry Lake Vignettes (BLACK & WHITE 2025)

Fletchers Lake near Mildura captured during the dry. A salt pan white, flat and seemingly featureless. After walking around, I decided to capture the sparse, monochrome environment through a series of vignettes. The vignettes reveal the animal and human activity in the area. Emus cross the lake, people camp, fish are stranded and die.
