Kristie Richmond, Double Offers (CREATIVE 2025)

Composite project: all images were captured on a Canon 6Dmkii using EF 24-105mm usm lens. This Image was created using 3 images and a blank image canvas. The black canvas was the main point, I created the stars using monochromatic noise and level setting to show stars at a distance, then using rust and some small garden rocks textures I had captured, I selected a small square of each image then spherized each using the polar co-ordinates etc, until the spheres resembled planets. I carefully selected places for these spheres then added a lens flare. Once the scene was set. I edited my daughters image that was captured on the same canon camera using the same lens and placed her into the image, masking what i needed to make my idea work.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
