Every wave offers something different, and looking down on top of waves from a clifftop provides an unusual perspective. These images were captured at sunrise at Maroubra headland. I used a slow shutter to emphasise the chaotic motion of the water as it crashed onto the rocks, and the early light added shadow and depth
