GRANT HUNT, Blue Dawn (SINGLE SHOT 2026)

We weren't supposed to be in Mook en Middelaar in the Southern Netherlands, but historically low water levels along the European river systems forced us to anchor overnight on the banks of the Meuse (or Maas) river in the little village of Mook. I woke early before the sun and was surprised to see a beautiful mist covered countryside through semi darkness. No time to go back and grab the tripod, so I used the railing of the ship, set a 30 second exposure and used the timer delay to prevent shake. 30 secs, F8, ISO 100, 24mm.
