Kate Powick, Almost There! (LANDSCAPE 2025)

Taken in Victoria's high country just before sun set. The boys had decided riding/walking to the top of this short but steep hill would be a great thing to do before dinner, so they could hurtle all the way down (and repeat for as long as they could!). By this time that last bit of the hill was getting steeper, and these shots were captured showing that final ascent, and that one moment of rest before the fun of the descent. The sky with its stripy cloud pattern was beautiful and, as it often seems in the country, just so vast.
